Shopify Shipit App

Shopify Shipit App is a connector app for syncing shipping details from Shopify store to your Shipit account. Once an order is received in Shopify store, you can open the order from the app and sync the data to Shipit dashboard. The integration support transportation companies like:
GLS, DB Schenker, UPS, Postnord, FedEx, Jetpak, Matkahoulto, Posti and more. Supports multiple delivery agents simultanously, so each shipping option in the store can be mapped to different transport services.

Pickup location services based on postal code is also supported, so your customers can see available pickup point or parcel lockers near your provided address. Enjoy!

Shopify Shipit App price is $5 USD per month and includes unlimited sync.

Labels can be printed in your store itself.

  1. Click “Orders” -> “All Orders” then select the item for shipping.
  2. Click “More Action” -> “Open with Shipit”.
  3. Then under additional ‘Additional Services’, click the button [Create].
  4. Shipit details has been created then click the link “Label”.
  5. A PDF file will be downloaded that can be printed

Only the last 60 days’ worth of orders from a store will be accessible from the order resource by default safety restriction on Shopify’s end.

Labels can be printed in your store itself.

  1. Click “Apps” -> “Pick up location settings”.
  2. Select “Shipping Zone” either ‘Normal’ or ‘Standard’.
  3. Select “Shipping “and under “General Profile”, click the “Manage Rates”.
  4. Click “Add Shipping” then “Add Rate”

  2. Select “Service” according to nearest pick up location.
  3. Select “Shipping Zone” either ‘Normal’ or ‘Standard’.
  4. Click “Save”.

You can limit shipping options by specifying the custom value in the below settings in our Shipit app. Further, the specified number of shipping options only will display for every service in your Shopify checkout section.

Since Shopify will sort the shipping options from lowest to highest shipping price, and then alphabetically. You cannot change or customize the shipping options at Shopify checkout page.

Known Errors

Error message: There were some problem while installing the app, please re-install it.

Possible problem: You get this message when you try to access any one of this app’s feature or when you do any changes and give save in the app settings, but its been a while or opened the app page long time ago in Shopify.

Possible solution: Due to security purposes we have a short session span in our Shopify apps try to re-open the app so there won’t be issues. Otherwise try multiple browsers.

Error: The current user is not a billing customer nor has any wallet balance, sending a shipment is forbidden.

Solution:
You will see this error if invoicing is not activated in your Shipit account. Please contact Shipit support for help: https://www.shipit.fi/ota-yhteytta
