Prerequisites:

Install Shopify Airmee app from : https://apps.shopify.com/airmee

Account for Airmee or If you don’t have, request it from https://www.airmee.com/

Go to the Airmee Settings page on the Shopify app and save your Airmee JWT string, Airmee Place ID and other required values for your Airmee account.

Now place a customer order from your Shopify store front end.

Then open Shopify Airmee app from your Shopify dashboard’s apps page, and go to tab “Manual Sync”. Here you can click on sync button with sign “>>”.

Now login to your Airmee TA dashboard and the synced order, from here you can BOOK the transport.

The app and settings have been tested on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox on Windows PCs but not on Mac/Safari or mobile devices. If you face any issues on Mac, please try a tested browser. The app is Partner Friendly and works with Shopify development stores.

Carrier Service API enable

If you want to display the Airmee shipping options directly in Shopify Checkout, then you must have enabled the “Carrier Service API” before you install the app.

“Carrier Service API” is by default available in the “Advanced Shopify” and “Shopify Plus” subscriptions. If you are in the Shopify Standard plan, it will be free for yearly plan or $20 per month for month plan. You can contact Shopify support for enabling this feature.

Automatic Sync

Enable “Enable Automatic Sync” in the “General Settings” tab to activate this feature. When enabled, this feature will automatically create a shipping label for you in Unifaun Online’s section called “Stored Printings” instantly when a Shopify order is placed by a customer.

Manual Sync to Airmee

Open the ‘Manual Sync‘ tab in the app, then click the ‘>>‘ button under the ‘Sync to Airmee‘ column to sync the order to the Airmee dashboard.

Another option is to go to the Shopify Orders list page, open any order, and click on ‘More Actions‘ from the dropdown menu on the right side. There, you’ll find the ‘Sync to Airmee‘ option. Clicking this will automatically sync the order to Airmee.
